Now How actually Use what document and where,

  • At the time negotiation and before joining , Send only Letter/ Intent to Job offer without mentioning salary.

  • On day of actual Joining : Send Offer Letter . (Not Appointment letter)

  • On Completion of Probation Period of Say 1 or 3 month - Give Appointment letter.

  • On Amicably closure of Job and Signing of Full and Final Settlement only  : Issue Relieving Letter.

  • Character Certificate - Advisable to issue on Independent back ground check of employee or Job is more than 1 year. where you actually able to judge the character o the person.  This is generally not issued to Temporary Employee or Employee under Probation period. 

  • Termination Letter : Please do not issue this , it may spoil some once carrier and lets be mature enough to able to handle things by talking it over unless Theft or Gross Intentional Misconduct punishable as crime
